Quadthera US is a U.S.-based beauty technology brand and the exclusive authorized distributor of the Quadthera Titan device in the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to purchase from our website. By using our site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without notice.

Device performance results may vary based on individual use and skin type.

The Quadthera Titan is a home-use beauty device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any underlying medical conditions.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of order placement by contacting us at the email below. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Quadthera US is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Quadthera Titan. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging

  • To initiate a return, contact us at the email below for a return authorization

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. Warranty

The Quadthera Titan comes with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at the email below with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Warranty service is provided by Quadthera US as your point of contact in the United States.
