Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders $75 and above

  • Orders under $75: $8.95 flat rate shipping

  • Delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Tracking provided via email once order ships

Expedited Shipping Options (Additional Cost – Available at Checkout)

  • 2-Day Express

  • Overnight Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all addresses within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • International addresses

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.)

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number

  • Estimated delivery date

Signature Required

For your security, signature confirmation is required upon delivery for all orders.

Delivery Issues

Missing Package

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation

  • Contact us within 48 hours at hello@quadthera.us

Damaged in Transit

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the package or contents are damaged:

  • Document damage with photos (box and contents)

  • Contact us within 48 hours at hello@quadthera.us

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address: We ship to the address provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of order placement by contacting hello@quadthera.us. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

Holidays & Weather Delays
Delivery times may be extended during:

  • Peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year)

  • Severe weather events

  • Carrier service disruptions

We'll notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.

Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
